Late students will miss the 1st lecture

Gates close after the morning assembly. Repeat tardiness is recorded and may affect attendance grading.

Datesheet and syllabus are published. Students must arrive 15 minutes early.

70% Attendance Mandatory for Promotion

Students below the 70% threshold will not be eligible for promotion.

POLICY

Zero Tolerance on Cheating

Any form of cheating leads to immediate disqualification of the paper.

Possession of unauthorized materials, communication during exams or impersonation results in zero marks for the paper, parental notification and potential disciplinary review. Repeat offences may lead to expulsion.

Collect your Results Cards & Certificates

Dear KINSIANS (Alumni Students) Your original Matric Result Cards and Certificates (Sannat) after two year of martic are available at School Office. Collect it Immediately Otherwise it’ll be Wasted.

Policies

Absence fine 50 Rs/day — excused with parental letter.

Each unexcused absence incurs a 50 Rs fine. Absences are excused only with a signed letter from the parent or guardian submitted within three working days. Sustained absence without notice may result in name being struck off rolls.

Mobile Phone Policy

Mobile phones, smartwatches and other personal devices are not permitted on campus. Confiscated devices are returned only to parents after a formal meeting with the administration.

Book Replacement

Available in the office or at half-price from the market. Lost or damaged books may be replaced through the school office at cost, or sourced from the local market at approximately half the office price. Notify the class teacher within 48 hours.
