Advisory for Papers Rechecking
Review of Question Paper
When checking the question paper, kindly observe the following points:
1) Check the quality of questions – Are they clear, understandable, and suitable for the child’s level?
2) See if all questions were properly taught or explained by the teachers in class.
3) Identify how many questions are out of syllabus.
4) Check how many choices or options were provided in the paper.
5) Observe whether conceptual questions are included, especially in Science papers.
6) See if book reading–based questions are available in English, Science, and Urdu papers.
7) Evaluate whether the question paper tests understanding or just memorization.
Review of Answer Paper
1) Count how many questions your child has attempted.
2) Identify which types of questions were left unanswered — objective, short, long, or conceptual.
3) Observe carelessness in handwriting, numbering, or spelling mistakes.
4) Check presentation quality — cleanliness, margin, and proper use of space.
5) Analyze if your child understood the question but failed to express the answer properly.
Identifying Responsibility
1) What was the fault or negligence of the class teacher — e.g., if topics were not explained clearly or if revision was incomplete.
2) What was the fault of the academy teacher — e.g., if test preparation or conceptual teaching was missing.
3) How much effort your child has made in understanding and revising the subject.
4) Discuss these findings politely with the teacher for improvement — not for argument.
